whiteBoxCv provides resume analysis, ATS compatibility scoring, skill gap detection, and AI-powered resume optimization. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice where practical.
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your account secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. You may not misuse the service (e.g. abuse APIs, scrape, or resell access). Free tier limits apply as described in the app.
You retain ownership of the resumes and job descriptions you upload. You grant us a license to process and store this content to provide the service and improve our systems (e.g. in anonymized form). We do not use your content for marketing or third-party advertising.
You may not use the service for illegal purposes, to infringe others’ rights, or to transmit malware. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee specific job outcomes or that ATS scores will match any particular employer’s system. AI-generated content should be reviewed by you before use.
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
